A mammoth of celebrity candles have burnt out in 2024 and below is the list of ten out of the many that are now dancing with the angels.
10: Shannen Doherty - Died On July 13 2024:
American actress, producer, and television director. Doherty was best known for her roles in popular TV series such as "Beverly Hills, 90210," where she played Brenda Walsh, and "Charmed," where she portrayed Prue Halliwell. She began her career as a child actress in the early 1980s, appearing in shows like "Little House on the Prairie" and "Our House." Doherty was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015. Doherty passed away at the age of 53 after a long battle with the disease
9: Shelley Duvall - Died On July 11 2024:
American actress, producer, writer, and singer known for her distinctive roles in films by directors like Robert Altman and Stanley Kubrick. She had her breakthrough in "Brewster McCloud" (1970) and went on to star in several Altman films, including "McCabe and Mrs. Miller", "Thieves Like Us", and "Nashville". She appeared in a supporting role in Woody Allen's "Annie Hall". Her iconic role as Wendy Torrance in Kubrick's "The Shining" (1980) brought her widespread recognition, although the intense filming process took a toll on her mental health. American singer and author, best known as a member of the country/gospel vocal quartet The Oak Ridge Boys. Bonsall joined The Oak Ridge Boys in 1973, and his tenor voice has been a significant part of the group's sound. The Oak Ridge Boys are famous for hits such as "Elvira," "Bobbie Sue," "Leaving Louisiana in the Broad Daylight," and "American Made." In addition to his musical career, Bonsall has written several books, including memoirs, children's books, and novels. English professional footballer who played as a striker for several clubs, including Arsenal, Nottingham Forest, Everton, and Trabzonspor.
